Chocolate Mousse!

Chocolate Mousse?! Yep! And I ate the whole thing!

I take 1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt (Chobani) and a 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein (optimum whey isolate)
Mix it up with a whisk, and have it for my night time snack! Perfect!

.75g Fat
6.5g Carbs
23.5g Protein!
Sometimes I make it earlier in the day and freeze it for an ice cream snack with some fresh strawberries! Crazy good ;)

We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them.
