When was the last time you changed up your exercise regimen? Have you noticed that you've stayed the same in your strength, endurance and body shape? If so, then you need to change something! If you are a runner, try swimming,or biking. A diehard Spinner? Try a kickboxing class. Steper? Really?! Bootcamp could be just what you need! Are you even strength training? If you have no clue what you are doing in the weight room, hire a personal trainer for a few sessions! Or go to a strength class. Do something different and change your body! For the sake of your sanity and body....change up your regimen!
The finish line is just the beginning of a whole new race!
